Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership capabilities and ability to supervise cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front End Leads, Cashiers and Membership Sales Ambassadors to achieve membership and service KPIs.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback and performance management to ensure engagement.
• Ensure club policies, GOLD standards, and service behaviors are consistently applied.
