BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead Front End Leads, Cashiers, and Membership Sales Ambassadors, ensuring exceptional member service and GOLD standards across the club. You will drive performance, coach teams, and implement policies to deliver results daily.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email) required.
• High school diploma preferred; college degree encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Frontline, Membership Services Desk, Membership Sales Ambassador and functions to drive member experience and business results.
• Develop and manage high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and performance management with regular coaching.
• Ensure proper staffing and processes to support excellent member service and execution.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and ensure consistent application across teams.
• Drive membership growth, retention, and loyalty initiatives to hit KPI targets.
