Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Front End Lead to supervise frontline operations and coach team members for outstanding member service. You will drive membership programs, monitor metrics, and maintain efficient front-end processes, including cashiering and POS handling.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to club standards, and a commitment to delivering a positive member experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in membership or sales is a plus.
• Previous cashier experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills and accuracy are important.

Responsibilities

• Supervises frontline operations in the absence of the Front End Manager and ensures excellent Member service.
• Leads front-end team training, coaching, and development to drive membership programs.
• Monitors performance metrics and drives member engagement and speed at the front end.
• Manages cashiering, member desk duties, and POS transactions to ensure accurate totals and smooth operations.
• Maintains club standards for cleanliness, safety, signage and policy adherence.
