Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency with accuracy.

• Ability to manage memberships and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests; make them feel welcome and provide exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Explain and promote fitness classes and programs to members.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at front desk and lobby.
• Uphold safety, policies, and confidentiality of member information.
