Planet Fitness in Windham, ME seeks a friendly front desk associate to deliver exceptional member service and uphold the Judgement Free experience. You will greet members, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, log amenities, and promote classes and events.

Basic computer skills and a positive attitude are essential in a fast-paced fitness environment. Responsibilities include checking in members, processing transactions at the point of sale, maintaining a clean front desk, and supporting staff

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively with members and staff.
• Positive attitude, reliability and leadership in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check members in, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Explain and promote fitness classes and events to members.
