Planet Fitness in Biddeford/Windham, ME is seeking a friendly front desk associate to provide superior member service and create a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Daily tasks include greeting members, sign-ins, answering calls, and promoting fitness classes.

Responsibilities extend to maintaining a clean front desk, assisting with membership logistics, and supporting colleagues to ensure a smooth, positive gym experience for all members and guests.

Qualifications

• Positive friendly attitude
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy
• Punctuality and reliability is a must
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check members in, tour, sign up new members, log amenities.
• Answer phones professionally and assist callers with inquiries.
• Explain and promote fitness instruction classes to members.
• Maintain front desk area and lobby cleanliness and orderly operation.
• Track key metrics such as guest counts and inquiries.
• Be a brand ambassador by upholding a judgement-free culture.
• Assist with inventory and support fellow staff as needed.
