Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented front desk associate in Portland, ME. You will greet members, process check-ins, answer phones, and assist with memberships while promoting our fitness programs and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with reliable, professional conduct.
• Basic computer skills for member check-ins and POS tasks.
• Punctuality and reliability in a front desk role.
• Strong customer service mindset and friendly communication.

• Problem solving to address member questions and issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service at the front desk.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in, sign up new members, log amenities and share updates.
• Promote and explain fitness classes to members and guests.
• Handle beverages or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Maintain front desk area, cleanliness and safety standards.
