24 Hour Fitness is hiring a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive membership growth at our Huntington Beach club. You will guide prospects through facility offerings, enroll members, and support retention efforts to maximize club profitability.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, relationship building, and teamwork, with eligibility for commission plans based on performance. A strong customer service mindset is essential.

Formación

• Must have experience with sales practices and techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work with computers and software systems.
• Independent, self-starter with good organizational skills.
• Able to work as part of a team and collaborate with others.
• Experience operating POS and membership systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage guests using the CARE sales model and explain fitness offerings.
• Tour prospects the club and explain facilities and services aligned to their goals.
• Enroll members following MAP procedures and assist with retention activities.
• Generate leads and set appointments for new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Provide a friendly, member-centric experience and address questions.
