Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Cypress, CA is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a comprehensive sales and service experience to guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail products, and drive acquisition and retention with a customer-first approach.

The role focuses on engaging guests, touring facilities, and enrolling members using proven sales techniques. A strong track record in sales and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest and explains how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members through the club and describes facilities and services tied to goals.
• Communicates memberships and fitness offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
