Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Houston is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver an outstanding guest and member experience. You will drive membership sales, promote fitness and retail offers, and help members achieve their goals with a customer-centric approach.

In this role you’ll onboard new members, generate leads, and partner with the Sales and Service Manager to maximize member retention and club profitability. Training and commission opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or retail environment.
• Knowledge of sales practices and POS systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding guest experience and onboarding new members.
• Generate leads, set appointments, and promote campaigns.
• Support member engagement and retention through programs and services.
