24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert (SSE) at our Orange, CA club to deliver a compelling sales and service experience for members and guests. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, while building relationships and driving revenue goals.

The role emphasizes member onboarding, lead generation, and delivering a best-in-class, member-centric experience with strong sales skills and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work with computers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model with each guest to relate product value.
• Tour guests, describe facility and services aligned to fitness goals.
• Enroll guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
