Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, drive new member sales, and create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, handling phone inquiries, taking info calls and tours, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, and updating member accounts, and escalating issues to management when needed.

• Greet and assist potential members to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering calls, providing information, and guiding tours.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member information.
• Resolve member questions and forward issues to the manager or supervisor as needed.
• Maintain neat and clean club areas.
