Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members and guests.

The role includes front desk duties, handling inquiries, tours, sign-ups, cancellations, and keeping member information up to date. You will help resolve member questions and support the Club Manager as needed, while contributing to a clean, welcoming facility.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospective members and deliver a welcoming, positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls politely and assist with questions or concerns.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating accounts.
• Forward member services issues to Club Manager/Team Lead as needed.
