Talentify seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver welcoming, professional service as the first and last contact for members and guests at the club. You will greet, check in, manage inquiries, and promote a positive member experience.

You will handle front desk operations, payments, scheduling, retail and admin support, and assist with events. This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements to members and guests.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services, including tanning, hydro-massage, and other amenities.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
