Job summary

Talentify is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, process payments, and promote club services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, multitask well in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently according to policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere that enhances member experience.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly or escalate when needed.
• Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning, hydro-massage).
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with events, decorations, and promotions as needed.
