Talentify in Memphis, TN is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, delivering welcoming service and resolving inquiries.

You will manage front desk tasks, greet guests, process payments, schedule services, promote club offerings, and support a positive club atmosphere.

This role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to enhance member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere that enhances the member experience.
• Address inquiries promptly or escalate to management when needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services per procedures.
• Schedule member services, including tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain knowledge of programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations and policy compliance.
