The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to support events and help improve member engagement. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
