Job summary

Baseline Fitness in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and create a stellar member experience through outstanding service. You will engage with members, guests, and prospective members to ensure a positive, welcoming environment.

The role involves front desk duties, answering calls, tours, member sign-ups, cancellations, and resolving service questions, with opportunities to grow within a dynamic fitness network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Greet members and answer questions to provide a positive experience.
• Flexible schedule availability is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk tasks and answering phone calls.
• Take information calls and tours for prospective members.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member info.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
