Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, and to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service.

The role includes front desk tasks, answering calls, taking information calls and tours, and assisting with member sign-ups, cancellations, and check-ins. You will maintain a clean club environment and help resolve member questions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic are expected.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks and answer phone calls.
• Take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Forward member services issues to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
