Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members and guests to create a positive experience
• Handle front desk tasks including answering calls, tours, member sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member information
• Resolve member issues and forward complex questions to the Club Manager or Team Lead
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance
