Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face of the club and deliver exceptional service. You will assist members and guests, manage check-ins, and promote club programs and events.

Responsibilities include front desk operations, payments, scheduling services, and maintaining club cleanliness and organization. A high school diploma and CPR certification are required, with additional certifications as needed by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure members feel valued upon arrival and departure.
• Check in members and guests accurately.
• Communicate events, promotions, and announcements.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere and member experience.
• Address inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Answer phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for amenities and services.
• Schedule member services (tanning, hydro-massage, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of programs, hours, and schedules.
• Support daily front desk operations.
