Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is looking for a Member Services Representative to greet members, manage check-ins, promote memberships and programs, and deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk. You will help with enrollment, answer phones, and support daily club operations in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role emphasizes a welcoming atmosphere, accuracy in procedures, and collaboration with the team to ensure peak club performance and a “grand-opening ready” facility

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication are required.
• Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and provide outstanding front-desk service.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions.
• Promote club programs (group fitness, tanning) and maintain knowledge of hours and services.
• Handle opening/closing duties and front desk procedures.
• Keep the lobby clean, organized, and “grand-opening ready.”
