Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to club members and staff. You will be the face of the club, handling membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include assisting with enrollments, answering phones, promoting programs, and ensuring the front desk runs efficiently. A positive, detail-oriented, service-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and engage in member engagement activities.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, and childcare.
• Support new member enrollment and guest conversions to drive Targets.
• Check in all members and guests; resolve check-in issues following procedures.
