Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to welcome members, manage front desk operations, and drive membership sales at the club in Missouri. You will support check-ins, explain promotions, and encourage participation in group fitness and tanning programs.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, a positive attitude, and reliability. A CPR/AED certificate is required within 30 days, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in a service-oriented role.
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm and manages front desk tasks.
• Assists with membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions.
• Promotes gym programs and maintains a clean, organized front desk area.
• Responds to member requests and escalates issues as needed.
