Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk team member to welcome members, handle inquiries, and guide tours for prospective members. You will support sign-ups, cancellations and account updates while helping maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, strong communication, and teamwork with the Club Manager and staff to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Active listening to resolve member questions and issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members with a positive attitude.
• Answer front desk calls and assist with questions or concerns.
• Take info calls and tours for prospective members.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage.
• Update member account information and service requests.
• Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the club.
