Job summary

Baseline Fitness in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet prospective members, drive new member sales, and deliver a superior member experience at the front desk.

You will handle phone inquiries, tours, member sign-ups and cancellations, and support club operations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in line with the Planet Fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Honesty and a good work ethic are essential.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency is needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
