Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Denver to welcome members, answer questions, and drive a positive experience. You will greet potential members, assist with tours, process sign-ups and cancellations, and handle front desk tasks.

You will help maintain the club’s neatness and coordinate with the Club Manager to resolve issues while supporting member services. This role offers opportunities for advancement within a growing fitness family.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
