Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Handle front desk tasks including answering calls and tours.
• Assist with member sign-ups, check-ins, cancellations, and account updates.
• Support BCM amenities and forward complex issues to supervisor/manager.
• Maintain clean and neat club environment.
• Provide information and help resolve member questions.
