Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, handle front desk tasks, and support new member sales while delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will assist with tours, check-ins, sign-ups and inquiries, maintain a clean lobby, and help resolve member questions with courtesy and professionalism. This role reports to the Club Manager and requires strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
