Job summary

Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, drive new member sales, and deliver a superior service experience at the front desk. You will greet prospects, answer calls, assist with tours, process sign-ups and cancellations, and update member accounts with accuracy.

Coordinate with the Club Manager to resolve issues and help maintain a clean, welcoming gym environment while supporting a flexible schedule and team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
