Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a premier guest and member experience within our clubs. You will drive membership sales, explain fitness and retail offerings, and guide prospects through the enrollment process with MAP procedures.

You will build relationships, onboard new members, and push retention while meeting sales targets and collaborating with the Sales and Service Manager.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) System and Membership System software.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and onboard new members with a focus on CARE sales model.
• Demonstrate and explain facility, services and amenities to meet fitness needs.
• Enroll members using established sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• Generate leads and set appointments to drive new business.
• Partner with the Sales and Service team to enhance member experience and retention.
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals.
