Qualifications

• Must have and utilize excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to process transactions and requests accurately.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude, with ability to cross-sell VyStar solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide unbelievable member experiences both in-person and on the phone.
• Identify member needs and grow relationships by recommending VyStar solutions.
• Handle account transactions, open accounts, and process loan applications.
• Educate members on credit and savings options and refer complex products.
