Qualifications

• Candidates must multitask and deliver high quality customer service.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with clear verbal communication.
• Education: high school or equivalent, hospitality degree preferred; retention certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and delivers extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and member transactions.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
