Life Time seeks a Membership Concierge II to serve as the frontline for member and guest engagement, handling account maintenance and program payments. You will drive extraordinary experiences and participate in hospitality certification progression to support personal career growth.

Role emphasizes problem solving, service recovery, and delivering high-quality customer service in a dynamic club environment. Training and advancement opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must multitask and deliver high-quality customer service
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for 4 hours
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
• Builds relationships with members/guests to create exceptional experiences
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Assists with account maintenance, member changes, and payments for programs/services
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions
• Uses tools and resources to resolve member questions and service issues
