Job summary
Life Time in Parsippany, New Jersey is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional service, and provide programming insights. Qualifications
- Must deliver high quality customer service and communication.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment and able to stand for long periods.
- Strong problem solving and service recovery skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
- Build relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
- Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisitions.
- Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
- Assist with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments for programs and services.
- Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
- Problem solve and perform service recovery using available tools and resources.
