Qualifications

• Stand for 4 hours; maintain friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and transactions including payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolve issues through effective problem solving and service recovery.
