Life Time Inc. in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ is seeking a Membership Concierge II to handle account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member engagement.

Grow skills through hospitality certification levels and build a personalized progression plan toward professional goals. You will be the first contact for members, educate on programs and policies, and support new membership sales and member retention interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Build relationships and deliver extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and program/payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention efforts.
• Resolve issues through effective problem solving and service recovery.
