Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Pearland, TX seeks a Member Service Representative to deliver a high-quality member experience. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and checks in both lobby and drive-up, while educating members on digital channels for convenience.

You will deepen relationships by cross-selling checking, savings, cards and loans, and you will support colleagues to meet service and sales goals in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional training preferred.
• Experience in cash handling, banking, customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot member inquiries and provide empathetic service.
• Ability to work within core business hours; Saturday hours required.

Responsibilities

• Provide teller and member services including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check processing.
• Cross-sell products and inform members about digital solutions such as mobile and online banking.
• Resolve member inquiries promptly and escalate issues as needed while maintaining courtesy and professionalism.
• Balance cash and instruments daily and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
• Assist teammates and support branch operations during peak periods as needed.
