Life Time, Inc. in Boulder, CO is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests.

As the first point of contact, you will welcome visitors, answer questions about programming, events, pricing, and policies, and help create extraordinary experiences that encourage loyalty and healthy lifestyle goals. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, assisting with transactions and account changes, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of club

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
