Job summary

Invited is seeking a Concierge to join the Member Experience team. You will manage calls, reservations and emails, deliver warm greetings, and promote club events to enhance member engagement.

The role emphasizes personalized service and seamless interactions across channels, contributing to a superior club experience. Reporting to the Member Experience Director, you will support outreach to new and at‑risk members, coordinate events, and maintain accurate member records in relevant systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong phone, email and in‑person communication skills.
• Professional, friendly and service‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and depart with a fond farewell.
• Answer calls, handle reservations and emails, and resolve inquiries.
• Promote club services, events and facilities to enhance engagement.
• Manage dining and program reservations with accurate details.
• Follow up on reservations and events and confirm bookings.
• Document interactions and update records in M360 and MemberFirst calendars.
• Prepare personalized welcome, birthday and anniversary cards to recognize members.
• Keep lobby, workstation and public areas clean and welcoming.
