The role emphasizes warm welcomes, memorable interactions, and accurate documentation in the M360 and MemberFirst systems while promoting club events and services to strengthen member loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Must have a service-oriented mindset and be friendly and professional on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and resolve inquiries.
• Manage reservations, phone calls, and emails with prompt and accurate responses.
• Promote club events and services and support member communications.
