Job summary

Invited is seeking a Concierge to join the Member Experience team, delivering exceptional service to club members before, during, and after visits. You will handle calls, reservations, emails, and member outreach to promote offerings and events.

Responsibilities include outbound member engagement, event invitations, and maintaining accurate records in the club systems. A high-standard, friendly, and proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with focus on making members feel valued.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm greetings and fond farewells to members and guests.
• Greet calls, answer questions, and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Manage reservations for dining, events, and club programs.
• Communicate club services, amenities, events, and room locations.
• Assist with member communications, newsletters and social media.
• Promote upcoming events and assist with registrations and follow-ups.
• Document interactions in the M360 system and update profiles.
• Prepare personalized welcome and celebration cards for members.
