Job summary

Invited is seeking a Concierge to join the Member Experience team, delivering exceptional service for club members before, during, and after visits. You will manage phone calls, reservations, emails, inquiries, and drive engagement through outreach, events and communications.

You will promote club amenities, support social media efforts, ensure personalized greetings and fond farewells, and document all interactions in M360, contributing to memorable experiences and member loyalty at our private

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make every member and guest feel valued.
• Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Professional and welcoming phone demeanor.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm tone and provide prompt assistance, ensuring a thorough resolution of inquiries.
• Manage reservations, dining, and services, and ensure accurate booking details and timely confirmations.
• Handle calls, emails, and member communications; promote club events and services.
• Inform members about club services, amenities, and upcoming events; assist with event invitations and registrations.
• Document all interactions in the M360 system for accurate records and support member experience initiatives.
