Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Concierge to join the Member Experience team. You will manage calls, reservations, and emails, promoting club offerings and delivering memorable, personalized service to members and guests.

Responsibilities include outbound member outreach, event promotion, and supporting communications. A high standard of professionalism and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make members feel valued.
• Friendly and personable with a professional phone demeanor.
• Strong communication across channels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests.
• Greet calls with a friendly tone, answer questions, and resolve inquiries.
• Deliver concierge services and guide members to club destinations.
• Inform members about services, amenities, events, and room locations.
• Assist with member communications, social media, newsletters, and events.
