Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional service and building value-based relationships to support members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.

You will educate on club programming, events, pricing, and policies, while assisting with transactions and account changes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. A dedicated concierge mindset helps create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
