Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to provide exceptional customer service and proactive member engagement at our Colleyville, TX location.

You will handle account maintenance, educate members on programs, events, and pricing, and support sales and retention efforts. You will thrive in a fast-paced resort environment, maintaining a friendly demeanor and professionalism while delivering high-quality service and assisting with memberships and payments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to obtain Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists members with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Acts as a key contact for new memberships and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
