Qualifications

• Candidates must multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with club programming, events, pricing and policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships and delivers extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and processing member changes and payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolves questions and service issues using appropriate tools and resources.

Education

High School graduate or equivalent

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality
