Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and member transactions.
• Support new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Provide proactive service recovery and resolve member questions.
• Maintain hospitality mindset to deliver extraordinary experiences.
