Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional service, and engage guests across club programming and events.

You will progress through hospitality certifications and plan a personalized career path while supporting a high-energy resort environment. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, a High School diploma or equivalent, and a passion for serving others.

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking and exceptional customer service required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, member changes and transactions including program, service and product payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Uses available tools to resolve questions and service issues.
