Job summary

Life Time is hiring a Membership Concierge II to manage member and guest interactions, handle account maintenance, and provide insight into programming. You will be the first point of contact at our resort, delivering consistently friendly, high-touch service that creates memorable experiences.

This role supports member engagement and retention through proactive service, sales support, and ongoing professional development via hospitality certifications.

Qualifications

• Multitasking, delivering high-quality customer service, and strong verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stand for up to 4 hours.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Build relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Receive inbound calls and conduct outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance, processing member changes and transactions.
• Assist new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolve issues and service recoveries using available tools.
